I 'let the body, let me in'.  That means I do not 'force results' when the body is not ready.  Over twenty-one years' experience has taught me that the body has better results with gradual work, not 'all or nothing' applications. 

I benefited from Massage Therapy and wanted to do the same for others.  My life was changed by an LMT!

I was fortunate to teach and be the Program Director for an Advanced Massage Therapy program for almost 9 years.  Anatomy and physiology help me get to the source of the issues.

I enjoy my family, friends, pets and nature.
